At Designer Printables, every custom vinyl banner is designed and printed just for you. Because these items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been sent to print.
However, your satisfaction matters to us! Please review the following:
✅ Order Accuracy

Before we send your banner to print, we will use ONLY the proof that is reviewed and approved by you.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all spelling, colors, logos, and details before approving.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your banner arrives damaged in shipping or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/issue.

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost once verified.
✅ Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made banners are created specifically for your order and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or errors provided in the customer’s submitted design. However, should you be unhappy with your banner, we will do what we can to make it right and be sure you are satisfied.
