Crafting Blanks + Inspiration for Vinyl and Lettering projects.
Crafting materials can be purchased from many different places. In our experience, pricing of most supplies tend to be comparably priced between suppliers. We usually shop the following crafting and maker materials below. Enjoy this one stop shop list of crafting tools, materials and supplies needed, at one time or another, for our fun creative crafting projects! This is also a great place for inspiration for your next Cricut or Silhouette Cameo project.
Coffee Mug Sets
There are blank mugs, such as 6 Large-sized 16 Ounce Ceramic Coffee Mugs. These blank coffee mugs come in several colors as well as black with the inside colored. Or, you can purchase these mugs in all white. You can purchase this particular style mug in a set of 6 for $24.95. Breaking that down per mug, ‘cost of goods’ sold is $4.15 so far. Now we will have to add the cost of the vinyl to the project. As well as your time to create. Once that figure is determined, we can determine if we need to cut costs somewhere. Let’s explore more mugs and some other blank products to use for your vinyl cut projects.
This set is even more cost efficient than the previous mugs. This set of 12 is currently $29.99 on Amazon. ‘cost of goods’ sold so far is $2.49. I definitely like this price point better than the previous. The key is to shop around and find the best bulk price. You will typically receive a price break when purchasing items in bulk.
We are loving wooden items to put adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl on. Below you will find several wooden items that are available on Amazon.
The wooden items are perfect for rustic chic diy home decor. (great for diy wedding decor too!)
You can have your supplies to two days or less. I used to love going to the craft stores, however, I found that I was spending more money there than on Amazon. I love the convenience of being able to order the most cost effective blank crafting items online, to be delivered to my door. This is a huge time saver considering I’m running a shop and household…it is easy to run out of time in one day! I try to automate as much as I can.
